This is a detail from an antique Case steam driven tractor that I found somewhere in Kansas, during one of my cross country jaunts. Old rusty mechanical parts (especially with pealing paint) are always fun to photograph. I like the interesting textures, and the play of light and shadow found in this type of subject.
