One good thing that came out of a cold winter, was a chance to photograph some frost patterns on my car one early morning. This is the brake light on the back of my Mini Cooper, rotated 90º to make it a bit more abstract.

I found this photograph to be a better candidate for a black and white print, rather than color. It was taken in late autumn, so most of the color was gone from the leaves. It was the “textures” of the wonderful clouds and trees that induced me to capture this scene.
