2006 Glasglow

After the Knoydart hiking we spend time in Glasglow resting up then continued south meeting Bruce's Parents and Sister on a Narrow boat for a couple of days before proceeding to visit Lee's cousin in Reading with day trips to London, Bath and Warwick.

Some of the street pipers were o.k., some were awful, I remember this one as quite in need of instruction, one of the reeds was not working correctly and he continued to play.

Bridges are left closed on the canal. You approach, someone gets off the boat, opens the bridge, the boat goes through, then close the bridge and return to the boat.
